Our backyard stray cat, Calico, died last weekend. She was curled up like she was sleeping in one of her usual spots, except she was dead. There were no injuries/scratches on her, so I'm hoping that she just died of old age in her sleep and didn't suffer. For unknown reasons, I got a bad stomachache right as I was going to bed on Friday night. I never threw up or had diarrhea, just a lot of sour-tasting burps. Ugh!
